The common consensus is that Boba with VI, EU, Tactician, and the new and wonderful glitterstim is the best way to run him.

Expose is crap 99% of the time. Get rid of it.

I don't think K4 or Predator would be a waste on Fett. The rerolls from his ability are conditional enough that he'll frequently find himself without them.

I like engine upgrade on Boba very much, a large ship boost action is a great way to close to range one and unload with your free rerolls. Other than that, glitterstim is always a good option, though Inertial Dampeners is nice and Dead Man's Switch discourages focusing fire on Boba.

Your loadout seems like it would be very solid on scum Kath, though. With expose, K4 and EI, you can regularly dish out fully modified 4-5 dice attacks from your rear arc. I highly recommend giving that build a try.
