I bought a copy of Twilight Imperium but noticed that some pieces were broken (ships). Where/how do I go about getting replacements for them?

Indeed, FFG (Thaadd in specific, the Ms. Powell referred to) is very good about replacing broken parts. Unless for whatever reason the have no spare parts to send, I would guess there shouldn't be a problem.
