For instance if you hit with first attack then you miss with second does luke skywalker trigger ? It says may so if miss with first then you can decide to do second attack or have luke trigger?

If you hit with attack one and miss with attack 2 you may trigger Luke.

If you miss with attack one and trigger Luke, you may not perform TLT attack two.

Also, Luke shoots with your primary weapon, so no TLT turret shot with him.

It would be the same as if you used cluster missiles. As it says on both Gunner and Luke<crew> You cannot make any more attacks this round. So for TLT you can trigger luke to fire primary the only way I would see that being something you would want to do is well you had a blinded pilot (old card) or some effect that makes your first attack one die fewer and you burn through that effect to on the TLT so you can use Luke to trigger and shoot your PWT without hinderance. OR if you want to pull stress off of rebel captive and let another ship attack. It's just a weird play.

in this example though, tlt+crew is on the hwk only(?), so neither is any good (because of gunner=primary weapon).
