What are the minimum upgrades you would run a ship with? Copy and paste the list below please, I want to see a survey of opinion.

REBEL

  • CR90A: ECM
  • CR90B: Dodonna's pride
  • Nebulon B: any title, maybe slaved turrets also
  • AFmk2A: naked is okay
  • AFmk2B: naked is okay
  • Scout MC30: Foresight
  • Torpedo MC30: Admonition
  • Assault MC80: ?
  • Command MC80: ?

IMPERIAL

  • Gladiator: Demolisher
  • Raider1: any title, ordnance experts
  • Raider2: any title, overload pulse
  • VSD1: H9 turbolasers
  • VSD2: Gunnery teams
  • ISD1: naked is okay
  • ISD2: Gunnery teams

Ahh, very cool idea. Alright, lets see. You did miss the different types of Nebulon B's and Gladiators though.

There may be more expensive versions (another weapon upgrade or different title, etc) or it might not be practical on a second ship, but this is the lowest I'd go.

  • ISD1: Gunnery Team + Relentless + Boosted Comms OR Phylon Q7 Tractor Beams
