Don't forget that not every pilot produced for X-wing is, or even should, be the best pick for tournaments. My local group of ten or so people play at least one fluffy game a week, and one regular's favourite list is the 181st list, which is Soontir, Phennir, Cowell, Lorrir, Fel's Wrath and another generic Saber squad pilot. Sure it's not going to win tournaments, but he always has fun and has even painted kill streaks on each little TIE Interceptor. So while it's a little disheartening that Graz and other unique pilots aren't as cool as Poe Dameron or Howlrunner for tournaments, they can still be used for play and for fun.

With an EPT, he'd have had plenty of fun:

Outmanoeuvre to be the ultimate turret-worrier

Predator to straight up I-joust-more-than-you

Lone Wolf for the nightmare jouster; while you normally put it on your flankers, here he'd be the jousting rock for the rest of your flanking list (A couple scyks, perhaps?).

Crackshot for the hurt, Lightning Reflexes for the arc-hunt...

... without it, he's a Blacksun Ace with a pre-bought, middling-value EPT.

At a 2pt surcharge over the Ace, I'm absolutely baffled why he doesn't get an EPT for his troubles. These guys are meant to be elite of the elite, right?

Would also be more fitting to his name, "the Hunter". Carefully stulking the prey, or driving the prey relentlessly while hot on the tail. His current ability is more like "Graz the Rhino"/"Graz the Ram"

25 points and no ept meant he was always destined to gather dust, his ability is fine but he just lacks that little extra punch to make him a great jouster.

I'm not really impressed by his ability, but I might field him someday just so I can yell to my opponent: "Face me you coward! Dare face Graz the Hunter!!!"

While Graz seems to be out-of place and has little to no lore behind himself (as often is outside the rebel faction)
