Right click on the text of the topic heading and chose inspect element. It will bring up a bunch of programming stuff. Scroll around thru that until you find the text. Then edit it.

Edit: Actually, this only seems to work temporarily on my screen. Once I back out and reopen the page it still has the old spelling mistake so...
