Bounty ability. Everytime you kill a enemy ship your ship can reroll one of your dies. Stacks 3 times. 10 points.
Maybe not so costly 6 to 10 though.

Either we allow it to kill Palp, make it take 2 whole attacks to take out palp since he is two crew slots, or we just not allow boba to kill Palp. I say we allow him to kill Palp.

IDK, I kinda like the idea of being able to kill off upgrade cards on opposing ships, even if it is somewhat limited. Would be cool if we had one that could fry systems or astromechs as well.
You may begin the game with a TL. When attacking or defending, if you have a TL against that ship, you may reroll 1 dice. When you kill an enemy ship you may squire a TL.
Make him cheap and awesome.

Boba Fett can grant transfer a target lock on an enemy ship to another friendly ship (Boba Fett tracking down Solo to Cloud City in order for the Imperials to take advantage)
or something else with target locks seems to fit his character.
You may receive 1 ion token to increase your primary weapon value by 1.
After all, they did say Leebo was only the first card using ion tokens as a way to pay for abilities. It's time we see more of them.

I like this! It gives scum their unique way to stress a ship (Imps have RC, Rebels R3A2, and Scum Boba - all of which are unique), makes the target lock action more desirable, which means that predator isn't the best EPT for the ship, and the TL allows rerolls, just like his pilot ability does.
However, I'm concerned it might be OP. If you put him on a low PS ship, you can stress someone prior to doing a K turn, and then you get to select his maneuver. And the R3 360 arc is also a huge no fly zone for the pilots that stress themselves. Perhaps the following changes would make it more balanced?

This was always my idea of a Rogue Squadron title but the whole red maneuver thing had me trying to reword it. I like the "at the start of the combat phase" part.
