Main issue I see is that the Auzituck Anti-Slaver Gunship's only appeared once in Rebels and in a rather minor role. If it appears again in the show, I could see FFG considering it for X-Wing.

There aren't many other options for Rebel small ships, so that's another point in the gunship's favor.

I just want more Wookies...plus a good looking ship

In the new Darth Vader comic, issue 7 or 8, a wookiee bounty hunter flies one of these and attaches an imperial cruiser. The more we see it in different mediums, the more likely it could become an expansion pack

It does look like the Mist Hunter. And if you think about it, Zuckuss got very little screen time and his ship never had a major canon appearance like being in a movie or TV show, but we did get him in this game. With that in mind, the Wookiee craft seems like a good option for future rebel ships.

Well, V-666 LIGHT freighter is 2 times smaller than it should have been.

So FFG doesn't really care for size...

The "wooden wookie ship" sounds fun, but doesn't look Wookie! You know, they love assymetry.

And yeah, as a Galactic Battlegrounds fan, I'm waiting for Wookie design ships.

The design closely resembles Taiidan "Triikor" Heavy Interceptor

(which was most likely the inspiration for the wookie design)

And like Triikor, it might be given an assymmetric move dial, with wild barrel rolling and turns using gun mass centre.
