On our weekly session the following problem came up:

Techpriest with 2 Breachers and 2 Ballistic Mechandendrites wearing a boltgun and a chainsword in his hands (Ambidextrous + 2 WW )

How often can he attack in one round?

With Dual Shot: Is he able to shoot two weapons simultaneously or all three ?
With Dual Strike: Is it possible for him to strike with all three arms or with two of them ?

Or simplified:
Ist there a way he could use all his respective arms in one round ?

There isn't. "Dual" refers to the number two, so two it stays.

The best he could manage would be one reaction shot with the 'dendrite, three attacks with one breacher and a fourth with the second (or alternatively the chainsword, but the breacher is probably a little better).

Is the fourth attack due to Dual Strike?

Otherwise I don't see were the fourth attack is covered. As far as I know Lightning Attack is a full action and so there would be no room for the additional strike.

Attacking with both main hand and offhand, whether it be normally or enhanced with talents, or using Dual Attack or Shot, uses the Multiple Attack Action (which is a Full Action). Ballistic Mechandrites may be fired using a Reaction.

At most, you could attack three times with one hand (Lightning Attack), once with the offhand (allowed specifically in the detailed rules for Swift/Lightning Attack), and once with a single Mechandrite. Or you could fire two held pistols on Full Auto and once with your Mechandrite.

To get another attack with the Breachers, you would need the Multiple Arms trait, which the implants do not grant.

Also, you cannot use Dual Shot/Strike with one of each type of weapon in each hand. You need two melee weapons or two pistols. You can, however, do the Lightning Attack + offhand attack using a melee weapon as the Lightning Attack and a pistol as your OH shot.

I think the best setup I've cooked up was a Secutor with two Power Fists and another mounted on his Mechandrite.
