Looking for a better list as after my last event I'm fed up of TLT not performing lol

This is very similar to the very first list I used to take Redline out for a testdrive. Its fun but not very competitive.

The only major differences are choice of missiles. I also prefer hull upgrade over stealth on interceptors (Fel is an exception due to the extra defensive token he gets). Definitely put cluster missiles on Redline. Double Target Locks mean you get re-rolls on both shots which is pretty darn good.

The only missiles that are bad on Redline (or at least suboptimal) are ion pulse missiles and homing missiles. The reason is that you don't spend the lock to fire these (so their cost is reflected in this advantage) but Redline does not benefit from this perk since he gets two target locks anyway.

So trade the ion pulse missiles for clusters and give it a go!

TIE Interceptors need Push the limit. I know it is best for Fel, but Push The Limit just works so well with TIE Interceptors.

I take redline with plasma torps, cluster missiles, extra munitions, and fire control, the plasma give a nice solid range three shot for only three points, then follow up at closer range with the cluster which with his power and fire control makes him a bear. He can go down to fire though but nine hits to kill is one more then four tlt can put out. if I have the points I'll do A.T. Or the twin ions. Usualy AT won't save you, ive had it go either way, the stress managment of the twin ions is nice, but the point might be better spent somewhere else on the list.

Actually I didn't notice you had predator earlier. Push the limit is definitely better and is what I put on my interceptors whenever I can.

I feel like when you run redline you need an ace coutner, either a soontir/vader of your own or some low PS bombers or a bunch of academies for blocking. The royal guards are ok, but you're doubling down on your weakness against things that redline will struggle to hit.

Actually Royal Guards are excellent blockers. Redline can murder soontir with no tokens.

But, as I mentioned earlier, its not the most competitive choice----there's definitely things this list will struggle against.

Or if you don't have 4 copies of crack shot, you could go with Epsilon pilots (TIE/fo) instead, but its not as good.

You could also drop 2 black squadrons for 1 Royal Guard w/ push the limit, royal guard title, autothrusters & hull upgrade (or stealth) = 30

Or go with a doom shuttle (omnicron pilot w/ Vader crew). This gives you an additional 6 points to add hull upgrades to the remaining 2 black squadron pilots.

I think Redline and Deathrain are going to pair well with the Inquisitor sniping away and a few buddies to block.
