With no Huge models, Scum Epic lists usually get talked about in terms of 4xAggressor but that's a bit stale.

Where Rebel lists can be thematically explained as performing a hit-and-fade attack, and Imperial lists lay down the law or perform a quick raid, Scum are pirates. Pirates who want to get at the huge ships and get at the cargo. As such, the Bargain Hunters:

The Y-Wings are there to take and keep down the Huge ships. With the BTL Title and the R4's they can alpha the torpedoes to devastating effect, taking down the shields fast enough for the Ion Turrets to come into effect.
The fighter screen is provided by the Scyks and the Z95's.
Torkil Mux will ensure that the huge ship won't get to fire until it's too late, and he is cloaked and has an escort to make sure he survives a bit longer.
