Seems really strong, would definitely like to try her + R2-D2 with Boba Fett or someone with a strong command card like that.

Yea. I'm pretty much picking up every rebel and Scum pack coming with RtH. Stupid excited for these amazing guys.

She seems strong in campaign too. I could easily see her getting value that overcomes the 8 threat.

Extra attack and exhausting show of force? Yes please.

Wow, she seems super strong. I try to take a more cautious approach on these things but holy crap she seems like the definite ally to go to except for the most specific of circumstances.

One thing to note is that her green mission card unlocks her and has no time period. So it's most likely the only way to get her in any non-RtH missions and the only version of Leia we'll see in the entire game (except for maybe atlernate sculpts since this is her in Hoth gear.)

This was not 'next week' as stated in the previous preview. Could it be they're rushing these due to a December release??????? PLEASE OH PLEASE

Also some good synergy with Han now, giving Leia a defense boost when adjacent and allowing Han multiple attacks per round. And she can reshuffle his initiative grabbing command card. I am really hoping that the expanded skirmish rules allow a full team of heroes, Han, Chewie, Luke, Leia and the droids. They would play so well off each other.

I am really digging this trend of separate campaign and skirmish versions of deployment cards, and hope they continue this trend in the future with more than just packs, but also RtH and beyond. Wish they would go back and do this for all the previously released stuff as well, we could see a real shift in how forces in skirmish are comprised. (They most likely won't, but heres to hoping!)

So agreed here. Finally an ally that I won't have much debate about whether or not to bring into a mission. Wow! Very excited for her campaign play, and I think this will help people start using allies more. Awesome!

Han and Luke will be different figures in their future timelines, that much is evident by the fact that you can only use them in a couple time periods. Leia has no time period limit, thus she can be used 1 through 7.

It seemed to me that arguably the best ally is Luke, but he also seems to have the hardest mission. With Leia being so strong, I wonder if he mission is going to be hard.

On a Diplomatic Mission 1 Point skirmish upgrade is virtually an auto include with Gideon! That card is fantastic!

It could be argued that the "next week," was in regards to the next Return to Hoth update, as apposed to Wave 5 that Leia is a part of.

The main perk of both "There Is Another" and "I Can Feel It" is that they have a Command cost of zero.

TIA's free surge could be clutch, or could be wasted. ICFI has good versatility, and will probably be most useful for rerolling the white die.

Dude seriously needs to look into X-Wing. There's an entire website devoted to how many different expansions one needs to buy and the MSRP they'll need to spend to run the list they want.

Most likely that's why the figures have descriptions in the name. So, you could use "Han Solo, Scoundrel" or "Han Solo, Rebel General", but not both in one game.

Yeah that's how it was in the old WOTC minis. Each different version of the same character had a different subtitle.
