Thanks for posting that! It was awesome to read along with the Japanese at the bottom. Man, I need more practice, though.
International Trailer with LOTS of new footage (potentially spoilery?)
This.
Que Imperial March
That was best trailer so far!
This.
Howlrunner in the back like "You get a reroll! You get a reroll! Everyone gets a reroll!"
That TIE sceene is awesome!!!!!! Gave me the Chills
How can they field 7 TIE/FO's in 100 points?
They must be EPIC.
and the 3 x-wings in formation was awesome too
Is just me, or did this come out of no where? I was under the impression that JJ said the last one we got was gonna be the last one, and now this.
Not that I'm complaining, this was the best trailer yet
Where are the interceptors? They are still canon and seem to be a better soace frame to upgrade over the tie/ln. Not that I don't like the fo ties.
I'm becoming entirely too optimistic about this film.

Edited by Dwingso, I just noticed how weird the broadsaber looks
and I don't mean design-wise, I mean the actual "blade" looks nothing like the solid beam of your typical light saber
it's all crackly and junk, like the manga-whatevers from Episode 3 (the staff warrior droids guarding grevous)
with people seeing that Luke's lightsaber is involved in the trailers, plus this weird not-saber thing, and Luke's own mysterious involvement with the plot, it looks like no one knows how to make the bloody things anymore
which makes sense
Vader? Dead
Palpie? Dead
Yoda? Dead
Luke? ****** off
Edited by ficklegreendicelost technology is always awesome.
lost technology is always awesome.
scariest thing is that the broadsword thingy crackling and smoking the air around it
getting cut by that thing probably isn't going to be clean like a real lightsaber.
it's gonna be brutal...
Kylo's lightsaber... It's not an elegant weapon from a more civilized time.
If Kylo isn't careful, someone's gonna lose a hand to that thing
you gotta be good to handle that thing ![]()
but god, the more I think about it, the more brutal that broadsaber's gonna be
I mean, think about what it was first juxaposed with in the trailer:
Storm Troopers with flamethrowers
flamethrowers
...or maybe disney's just merchandising

They're using Leia's voice a lot in this one, a lot more than just "let it in" at the end of the last trailer...not sure what this means
Are you sure about that? I didn't hear Leia at all - it was mostly Rey.
In terms of heritage - didn't see much in that regard either - are there two international trailers out today? My two cents:
Rey is probably a Solo - it does hint more towards Kylo Ren seems to be a Skywalker since in this one he is talking to the Vader hat about finishing and fulfilling 'our' destiny
sKYwalker soLO of the Knights of Ren
Just sayin'
Edited by ZephausThe scene with Tie/Fo with the sunset background (epic). Did anyone think about this?

Kylo and Rey are siblings. Solo children. That still draws a direct line back to Kylo's grandfather, Lord Vader.
This.
Dare I say Pearl-Harbor-esque?
More Apocalypse Now-esque. I hear Ride of the Valkyries ...
Wooooooooooooow. Those tie fighters with the sunset in the background was awesome! Loved the new sneak peeks we got, I can't imagine myself getting more hyped for this movie, and then they go do this...I feel like JBR7 when a new wave hits!!

This.

you think they ask us to leave the cinema once we start humming the valk-theme..?
it's just so fitting. and glorious. both the theme and the ties.
man.. those ties..
Anybody else think Kylo's lightsaber looks like he rebuild Darth Vaders sword? He probably found it together with the rest of the burnt remnants.
flamethrowers
...or maybe disney's just merchandising
The kids love 'em.
