Put deadeye on Blount.
Also, when it comes out, S-thread tracers will be great on blount.
The biggest problem for this list I think is not enough ships. With only 5, if you lose one early to a PS kill, you don't have enough to carry you through, imho.
I like Assault Missiles on Blount. Even if he doesn't damage the target anymore at range one of it takes a hit. Very effective vs swarms and not bad against other squads.
You can also put swarm tactics on Cracken and Blount. Cracken gives his PS 8 to Blount who shares it with a Tala. You have 3 ships firing as PS 8s.
Cracken's ability allows two other pilots to take action (with CM) so Blount and a Tala can take a focus or a TL.
After the missile dump, if the aces are still alive you can still have three firing at PS 8 or two at 8 and two at 6.
The Zs are kind of squishy. If the Alpha strike fails to deliver the expected damage you're looking at a rough time.
You can add Roark (HWK 290) in place of some of the Talas. Roark bumps Cracken to PS 12 who bumps Blount who bumps a third pilot to PS 12. Guaranteed three of your pilots shoot first.
