I suppose that depends on what you mean by "we". And on what you mean by "know".

It's part of the aggregate knowledge of humankind: the Archive from the Dresden Files would know about it, for instance. And certainly there are communities of people--subcultures, if you will, though insular ones, who have reviewed the Second Card of Heaver.

But if "we" means all of us, and "know" embodies the typical assumptions of a practical epistemology for everyday use, then no.
