my friends and I had a quick question while playing a recent game. Do tactics count toward total loalty? for example: if I played "We'z bigga!" to reduce a unit card, does it count for total loyalt when playing that unit? so Grimgore Ironhide would now cost 6 and 4 loyalty? Any help is appreciated.

Simple answer, no.

In detail, Loyalty costs have to either be paid as resources, or reduced by cards matching that icon that are "in play". Tactics are never "in play" because they go to the discard pile after the effect on them is resolved. Currently, there are no units/support/quest cards that can be played as an interrupt in the middle of a Tactic card resolution.
