Surely you cant be that desperate, Wave 2 isnt even here yet!

I admit to some curiosity myself though.

Well, at this point I think wave 3 will get here before wave 2, so why not have a press release.

Wave 3 most likely wont be announced till episode 7 drops as I assume it will TIE'd (get it) in like x-wing and I am sure eventually the LCG and Imperial Assault

I personally hope we get information on Wave 3 at worlds. While I'm not a doomsayer, I just want to know for sure the game will continue to have a life span. I love the game, but I do want a future for it. So info on the future would be nice for sure for me.

I like new waves, really do. It's game refreshing and fun.

Although FFG is generating waves too fast.

As X-Wing and Armada fan and collector I would like have all the miniatures, but I will not follow 4 or more waves a year for each.

So, if we are going to have the same pace of x-wings waves in armada I will probably drop both.

That said, I would like to hear about wave 3 in the middle in the end of the first quarter of 2016.

Oh yeah, I'm the man! ...Ok I just broke down and grabbed the aces packs last week. I think they'll be useful in the next tournament.

Regardless, I like Armada's slower pace. But I want wave two already. I'm ok with a wave every 6-8 months. My wallet can't handle much past that. Unless I work more of job#2... Then that cuts into my play time.

Maybe we will get an article today saying how Wave 2 is finally shipping to stores.

Its not uncommon for them to announce a new wave before the latest wave releases.

Considering that Wave 2 was announced before the core set was even on store shelves.... I've got to say that it feels like an eternity between getting any real news.

Ya considering wave 2 was suppose to come out in July/August, I would guess wave 3 was suppose to come out November/December. One reason why I think wave 3 will not have any ep 7 stuff.

And even if Wave 3 is already done (which is possible) they will not release it for at least 1 entire quarter after wave 2. People already complain about the price point of the game.

In Canada it is going to cost about $500 to get 2 of everything from wave 2.

So even if they were to release wave 2 and 3 back to back I would buy it all, but then my wife would probably make me sleep on the couch until wave 4 came out.

I wouldn't expect any wave 3 news until February ish.

I really hope we get wave 3 news before 2016. Releases so far have taken over 6 months. If they announce ships today, we won't have them in hand till next May!

4 waves a year is excessive... But I would at least like 2 per year. A February announcement would lead to an August, at the earliest release. That leaves very little time for a second 2016 release.

FFG tends to have news at bigger events. It would make sense to save any Armada news for Worlds, IF they have news. And at this point that news would just be the names of the ship, a few pictures, and a couple of stats that will most certainly be changed during play testing.
