There is obviously a market for Upgrade card binder pages-

By Kilazar, in Star Wars: Armada

As there are a several users on ebay selling modified ultra pro sheets. Given that these size cards are not only found in x-wing and armada, but are prevalent in many other products FFG offers.

Ultimate Guard binder

And looks like some competition is making real binders. I would recomend you not buy them unless you are desperate. As they are over priced for what you are getting. Read my comments on the drop.

Ultimate Guard binder at a better price

Coolstuffinc has the same binder as the massdrop for $4 cheaper

Closer to a good price.

This should be coming out soon and looks to be THE perfect solution.

And only available in a 3 hole version IIRC

These already exist without the need for modification:

And 100 sheets for $20 you can't beat the price

While these will work in a pinch. They are not the right size. I have used these and they are not the right size at all. 2 1/4" x 2 1/2" != 1 5/8" x 2 1/2"

Here is a quote from the feedback.(not my feedback)

I bought these sheets to organize X-Wing and Imperial Assault cards from the Fantasy Flight Game line. Currently, Fantasy Flight does not have any boxes or sleeves that I know of specifically for organizing the mini 1 5/8" x 2 1/2" board game card.

These pages will fit your cards but they will not secure them tightly. If you put the sheets into a binder and hold the binder upside down the cards will fall out. Also if you do not sleeve your cards or put multiple cards into one pocket they will also cause cards to fall out more easily. These sleeves are a great way to present your cards but players should be made aware that the binder needs to be held upright or flat to prevent cards from falling out. The integrity of the sheets themselves is excellent.

Kilazar, could you post a picture of how the cards look in the sleeve?

Would you say a sleeved card more or less mitigates the issue of the slot being a bit too large?

Currently i use the two cards in a slot for a game cards approach, but its not great.

My cards have the same problem. Sleeving them doesn't help them stay in place. You might need to ask the person in this thread who claimed it does, as that was not me :)

ultimate shield are also doing binders or will be

ultimate shield are also doing binders or will be

The coolstuff inc is selling the ultimate shield one. As is the massdrop. Both linked in the OP under the edits'. IMO the price is not worth it over the DYI option. My comments are on the massdrop though.

If you really don't want to DYI, I highly recommend buying the coolstuffinc preorder of the ultimate guard binder over the massdrop version.

This should be coming out soon and looks to be THE perfect solution.

Sweet! I hope they put those pages in their Pro series folio's. I don't really want to deal with 3 ring binders. So getting closer!
