as for 3 of the frigates, we talking 300 or the soon to be 400? At 400, they're going to see heavy use with Akbar, but Garm will probably still be the go to if you like enabling squadrons (and if you've glimpsed Boosted Comms, you're going to like enabling squadrons)

This is probably the best ship for any rebel fleet running Admiral Ackbar, and even without him it's a **** fine ship. With the shields of an ISD, and almost the same firepower as an MC80, it's a beast and a half! And the cost is so cheap!

So starting the game with three is pretty decent then huh Brah?

I might get a fourth and have that as Garm. So two pairs in a huge battle... with a million squadrons too make it even more fun!

It depends on what scale you plan to play at. I know you tend to go for HUGE battles - and if that holds true with Armada then by all means go for it.

However, if you plan to stick with the 400 point cap (Which will be the standard in a month or so), then I wouldn't suggest any more than you already have. I find two to be the ideal number, personally, but can easily see a 3 Mk2 build. 4 I just don't think would work all that well, as you'd be better off with some squadrons at that point, or some CR-90s for more ship activations.
