Summary of Published Adventures

By Kael, in Star Wars: Edge of the Empire RPG

I was curious if there was a list or general outline of all the adventures produced so far for all 3 lines? Including the ones in the Beta/Beginners/Core game? Trying to get a general idea of what's there as I write a campaign.

Thanks :)

If nobody has answered this by the time I get home from work today, I'll comple a (very) short list for you.

I'll put the general plotlines in spoiler tags with a warning to players so they don't look and spoil their fun.

I have a few things...not a comprehensive list, but Ill jot down what I have and know.

EotE core book. 'Trouble Brewing'. The PCs track down a wanted thug who has stolen an astromech droid containing several hyperspace routes through and around Kessel. Of course, nothing is that easy...

EoteE GM kit. 'Debts to Pay' The PC's are hired/threatened/coerced by one Bragos the Hutt into examining his newly-acquired mining interest. But where are the miners...and why are the droids looking at the PC's that way....?

'Beyond the Rim'. The PC's get a lead on a 20-year old ghost ship, one that vanished during the Clone Wars. Of course, they aren't the only ones who get wind of the Sa Nalaor, making it a three-way race to recover the ship, its secrets, and any survivors. Oh, and watch out for the Nexu...

'The Jewel of Yavin'. The PC's are recruited to steal a fantastically valuable 'unstealable' gem. This one requires the players to do some serious set up and homework, and once they have the gem, who can they really trust?

F&D. 'Lessons from the Past'. A scholarly-type learns of the possible location of an ancient Jedi hospital/training ship and recruits the PC's to assist in the search. Of course, anything jedi piques the Empires attention. Jedi PC's may be able to acquire a lightsaber hilt...if the denizens of the derelict don't find them, first.

F&D. 'Hidden Depths'. This one can be played as a companion to 'Lessons from the Past'. A jedi player or players need kyber crystals to finish their lightsabers. Unfortunately, the Empire has made mining and possession of kyber gems ever so slightly incredibly illegal. Still, when a chance for a kyber gem arises on a mining world, the PC's have to race to claim a gem...and hope like hell the Empire is too overworked to notice.

AoR Beginners Game. 'Takeover at Whisper Base'. A strike team of Rebel PC's (pre-generated) must infiltrate an Imperial Moff's listening post, disable the shuttle, and take down the base before the base personnel realize whats going on, and the base commander flees. Theres a downloadable 'addon' for this game that can be played once the PC's have successfully neutralized Whisper Base.

I'm playing Beyond the Rim with a mixed group of characters from all the core books at the moment and it's really good fun. I recommend it. I'd estimate it will be around 8 sessions long. The adventures in the core books are about 2-4 sessions long from experience. It depends how much time the PCs spend exploring each scene, and if the GM adds in additional obligation etc.. scenes.

It's really worth reading the whole adventure as much as possible before running it, because they are quite detailed and it's easy to miss details.

I like to made my own additional notes before play, to affirm the information in my mind and to act as a brief reminder during play.

Seems people beat me to it :)

Seems people beat me to it :)

And yet none of them mentioned AOR: Assault on Arda 1. It's the first full-length (think Beyond the Rim and Jewel of Yavin) adventure released for AOR.

Fixed :P

Well you could always put a summary in spoilers :P

But thanks guys for the list. Very helpful in knowing what I need to track down.

Very comprehensive list. The only ones you're missing are the (almost mythical): Rescue at Glare Peak (AoR - free Rebellion day kit - no PDF) and possibly adventures run by FFG at conventions (I'm not sure if they have ever run adventures that they didn't later publish)?

Oh, and of course the upcoming Mask of the Pirate Queen (EotE) and Chronicles of the Gatekeeper (F&D - actually released today), though those may have been intentionally omitted.

Where could one get that Rescue at Glare Peak adventure??

Where could one get that Rescue at Glare Peak adventure??

Nowhere, it's not available, unless there is the unlikely event someone puts one on Ebay or something.

At GenCon 2015 FFG ran Rescue at Glare Peak for their AoR games.

I don't know what they ran for F&D as I was not able to play this one. It filled up super fast every time slot. Though I could probably snag the title out of the show program when I am home from work.

For Edge of the Empire they ran an adventure based around the Cloud City Cloud Car race found in the Jewel of Yavin. I'm not sure how much was changed, as I haven't read the Jewel of Yavin yet, but I'm sure at least the basic framework was taken from there.

All participants in all games got a copy of Rescue at Glare Peak. The only other way to get it was through a store that ran it for Rebellion Day last year.

Because I'm a nice guy, I declined taking a second copy of the adventure even though I played in 2 events. I didn't realize how rare it was and had I thought about it, would have snagged a second to get more copies out there (would not have sold it for any more than it cost to ship it).

I'm actually running Rescue at Glare Peak on Roll20 next weekend.

@rowdyoctopus, The Force and Destiny game was an adventure written by Sam Stewart. It was loads of fun.

GM Chris or GM Dave will be running the adventure at GamerNation con, so spoiler warning to those attending:

You are a group of Force Sensitives trying to escape a heavily fortified prison on Mustafar. The only problem is, there's an inquisitor that has been overseeing your incarceration.

Funny story about me trying to get into a F&D game at GenCon. I didn't even try until Saturday (so day 3 of the show) All the events were sold out, but you could get in by adding your name to a waitlist and seeing if spots were available.

I had played Rescue at Glare Peak for Rebellion Day so that was last priority, and I really wanted to try F&D.

Saturday I'm pretty far down on the wait list. It gets down to 1 spot in the AoR game and 1 spot in the F&D game. Like three people in a row were groups of 2 that didn't want to split. Then we get to the guy right in front of me. He said he has never played Star Wars RPG before. They ask him if he wants to be a Rebel soldier or a Jedi.

Pretty obvious what he picked. Lol.

That sounds like a lot of fun. Although unlikely, hopefully it see release in some form at some stage!

I skipped all the Beta releases, thinking I'd wait for the game to be firmed up a bit before diving in. But now I have discovered that I missed out on some adventures because of this. :( Does anyone know if Operation: Shell Game is available by any other means than a copy of the AoR Beta Rules?

This looks like everything except Masks of the a pirate Queen...

Otherspace (Fan Made - I Think)

Tattoine Manhunt (Fan Made - I think)

Strike force Shantipole (Fan Made - I Think)

Force Explorer (Fan Made - I Think)

The Game Chambers of Questal (Fan Made - I Think)

Rendezvous at Ord Mantell (Fan Made - I Think)

Rebel Breakout (Fan Made - I Think)

Force Explorer is fan made, while everything but Rendezvous at Ord Mantell is a conversion of a West End Games Star Wars d6 adventure -- all of which were done by Kyla, among a few others. Rendezvous is a Star Wars d20 adventure, and it was converted by somebody else that isn't Kyla. Donovan Morningfire and somebody? I think that's right.
