I don't know how you justify 5 rounds of unmolested shooting from 3 Zs, bleeding out a TIE a turn (2 ties on 1 turn), just to chase Miranda. The math doesn't work out, especially when you bleed TIEs you also bleed attack dice. The less attack dice you have, the chances to kill Miranda goes down significantly, but the attack dice for the Zs never bled out. I can't believe this is the world championships based on the two games I've seen lol

Have the announcers said how they are choosing which match to announce? Is it the top table? Or random among the x-W/0-L players?

You're definitely entitled to your opinion, but IMO I did not see a solid game. I saw one player tunnel vision for 5 turns while blowing a 100-26 lead

Easy to say from your computer desk. Its a lot harder under the lights and the pressure. He almost killed Miranda, but dice weren't kind at the end.

I mean, everyone has games where they look back and they say they've made a mistake somewhere in the game. But to bleed out for 5 continuous rounds is just insane. It is, literally the definition of insane. He kept doing the same thing but expected a different result

In this particular game, I think things favor the IGs. Carnor can't use his ability without exposing himself to Feedback Array, though Vader's ability to hold a TL on only two ships is certainly going to be helpful.

Oh... shot by the Ion Cannon. So I guess he mixed up which IG had a shot on Soontir, and fired with an HLC at Soontir. Realized he fired the wrong IG and weapon and went back and fired with the Ion Cannon. At least I think that is what happened. Pretty confusing.
