So back again with another list let's have a gander

Grey squadron : Y-wing : bomb loadout, extra munitions, proximity bombs, R2 astromech

Gold squadron x2 : Y-wing : R2 astromech, ion cannon

Tala Squadron x2 : Z 95

So the Tala's are for blocking and general annoyance,

Gold squadron for control using ions

And grey squadron ( can a single pilot be a squadron???) Drops proxy mines and then attacks anything when empty.

Only reason for Y-wing over a K-wing is cheaper on points and slightly better movement

Proxy Mines are pretty good, but with the two ICTs you can get away with "normal" bombs as well, maybe reduce the Talas to Bandits to give him Proton Bombs.
