I just started playing a couple weeks ago, I flew this list last night for two games (added the proton rockets for second game), and it did decent. Any advice on this or other possible squads using what's in my signature?

I have just started running this list last weekend and I'm planning on running it a few more time...don't have to worry, about that donut hole

I'm not sure Proton Rockets is the best for Dash. It is really meant for the ships with 3 agility like A-wings to really get its fullest effect. Also if Dash gets focused, you are going to need to bring Poe in to defend him so I'm not crazy about Lone Wolf either on this build, because Dash with a HLC is going to be a target. Poe with PTL and BB-8 is nice though. I've not flown Dash yet but I have tried Leebo on that ship and Chewie on the Falcon. Seems to be a well balanced combo that has seen tournament play.

The main issue you have is that donut hole at Range 1 for the Outrider and Poe has to stay away to use Lone Wolf. The Proton Rockets, though not getting maximum power still addresses the Range 1 problem. I think the Recon Specialist isn't bad but you can get the same results from Lando or recieve Evade tokens. With Experimental Interface you can get Target Lock, Focus, and Evade all in one turn. Trade out the Wired talent to offset the stress and allow Poe to defend Dash without wasting Dash's talent. Shields are nice but a huge hit from an Advanced Proton Torpedo is scary.

If you like using those 2 ships, my changes to the squad would be:

Dash

-Wired

-Heavy Laser Cannon

-Outrider

-Proton Rockets

-Lando Calrissian

-Experimental Interface

Poe

-BB-8

-Advanced Proton Torpedoes

-Push the Limit

Your squad can hit hard together, rid the stress, and come back in again. Don't be discouraged starting out, there are a lot of things to learn. Give your squads the time it takes to learn to fly the ships that is a lengthy process on its own. Welcome to the game!

Thanks for the advice everyone. I hadn't looked that closely at Experimental Interface or Lando before, but I like how that looks now. I'll try these changes out the next time I play.

The other night I flew the list scifighter1 suggested. It did pretty well, the Lando/Experimental Interface combo worked great a few times, getting Dash both a focus and evade after I had taken a target lock. Poe was able to do some damage, especially with APT.
