Rebel build help

Ok so I've tried posting this yesterday but it' didn't go through

I have

2x gold squadron with ion turret and r2 astromech = 48 points

Airen cracken with wingman = 21 points

Blue ace with bb-8 and weapons guidance = 31 points

Total of 100 points

I love the blue ace and bb8 combo, makes him so manoeuvrable especially when they have ion tokens on them .

Also airen is there to buff the y wings and make their job easier

It's not meant to be competitive just fun to play

It needs something else though. There doesn't seem to be enough fire power or something.

How? Ion Tokens make a 1 WHITE forward. BB-8 doesn't activate.

Sorry my wording was a little wrong. I meant the blue ace with bb8 can manoeuvre around the other ships which have ions on them so much easier to get to their rear or flanking shots.

I'd drop weapons guidance and droid on twins to switch out cracken for a 25 point ship with 3 attack dice. Tarn w/R7, biggs, ion cannon blue, Roark with tlt. Theres alot of options

I wanted to put the btl a4 on the y wings to bump up their firepower (which I don't have yet) and then use cracken as a destresser for when the y wings have to use tight manoeuvres

I agree with dropping weapons guidance and r2 as they never seemed to be used .

Iam limited to what I have

1 core set of each old and new

1 x wing

2 y wing

1 headhunter

1 rebel aces

1 imperial aces

2 tie

1 advanced

1 bomber
