Hi all, since i started to play this game as a Rebel i found really interesting the synergized abilities of Kyle and Esege but they are really expensive if upgraded up properly leaving little room for a third friend to bump up damage output. Still i want to find out something:

That's simple, the idea is fly in an almost tight formation, use your focus overflow to soak/damge while protecting Kyle due to it's fragility.

Any suggestion? Insult? Hint? Just "throw your ship to the wall"? [ ]

I can consider to heavily change the formation to have something more competitive too, keeping his strenght on focus tokens. Example:

Garven Dreis (26)

Poe Dameron (31)

I think Kyle + Esege is really too much in support like ships. And I think there could be scenario's where you now have too much focus tokens and some are wasted (for example your last list really has this problem) I would focus (hah!) on taking one ship and then look at how to make use of these extra focus tokens.

I think if you are using Esege you must use Weapons Guidance alongside it.

Not saying that it's necessarily better then your squad, but this might be a fun idea:

Really interesting, i'll try it. Do you think Esege is better than Kyle for this purpose?

Esege+TLT+RecSpec = 37 pts
Kyle+TLT+RecSpec+Moldy Crow = 33 pts with 4 points for... a shield upgrade maybe?
