What is the Palp Shuttle/Vader/Fel List?

Ok, so I have read some references to this list. How is it built exactly? Not sure what the standard mods are that folks are using.

Here's the basics

Omicron Group Pilot (21)
Emperor Palpatine (8)
Darth Vader (29)
Advanced Targeting Computer (1)
TIE/x1 (0)
Soontir Fel (27)
Push the Limit (3)
Autothrusters (2)
Stealth Device (3)
Royal Guard TIE (0)
Total: 94
Up to you what to do with the extra points. Engine Upgrade and VI for Vader is a popular choice.
