Expansion boards... is there a limit?

You possibly missed what I've said about the Timescape topic, here's a recap: Timescape should go backward in time from the medievale periode, no western or steam train and definitely no phaser blaster if you know what I mean gran_risa.gif

But some egyptian, dinosaure or roman empire theme would be welcome at this point.

About the limit to axpansion boards...

As it is now you seem to agree on 4 corner expansions. But as I think there should be room for 2 more expansions. As I see there is room for a corridore in and out from graveyard or similar spot on the long edges.

From there example graveyard could be a expansion aimed for good characters to obtain the mystical relics that basicly add combat and psycic against Evil aligned foes...

Thus a similar should be created for the other side but aimed for evil aligned to wreck havoc in the safe havens of the good ones. Like a Temple expansion etc...

Just some thoughts that I have been playing around with back in the 2nd ed ;)

I dont think there will be a limit as some sections may be replaced by other sections in time, depending on how you feel...

As for timescape, dont get me started...A Cyborg with a laser gun will not fit into Talisman, period!

IF,however, it brought back characters from the past...

I hope that regions, will not be replaced...

4 regions and a tower is good for me, but if we are adding a graveyard too, then we have a serious problem with the table space.. lengua.gif

I like this idea. Having multiple boards to choose from each time you play sounds nice. Especially if they interact in cool ways.

Bah, it's all or nothing. Just like my Arkham Horror. I bought all those expansions, might as well use them all all the time gran_risa.gif .
