So what's the thoughts

Marksmanship feels like an odd choice for tie's. With just 3 hull, using your action for just offense seems risky.

BSPs dig Crack Shot - helps that 2 attack sting a little more on the first pass.

The only other use I have found for the shuttle other than doom/gloomshuttle is Kagi or Yorr with Fleet Officer supporting aces. I don't like putting points for offense into it.

What about an omicron with Enhanced Scopes, and Mara Jade, and Anti Pursuit lasers? Use it as a blocker,and hand out stress at the same time.

Put Engine Upgrade on that shuttle at once!

Adv sensors + fleet officer is another great way to use the shuttle for support. Its slightly cheaper than the palpmobile and not as effective overall, but can be used to turn interceptors into mini-fels or to enable Rexler's ability, etc.
