Ok here is a remake of an old list for your viewing pleasure.

2x Blue squad. pilots with advanced sensors

2x Gold squad pilots with tlt and R-2 astromechs.

It isnt the tlt spam but might be a decent list.

I prefer my Blues Brothers.

2x Blue Squad with Adv Sensors

2x Blue Novices with R2 Astros (and eventually Integrated Astromech).

Set up a good Asteroid cluster to call home, and I'll take all comers.

For your list, I'd run instead:

2x Blue Squad. pilots with Fire-Control Systems

2x Gold Squad. pilots with TLT and R7 astromechs.

The trick here is in the far superior action economy in this list.

With Adv. Sensors, the B-Wing's greatest action is in the Barrel Roll.

With FCS, you split that benefit across the Focus and Barrel Roll actions, giving you bonus damage at each.

The biggest reason for this switch is on the Y-Wings, though.

TLT loooooves Target Lock.

When your die modifications cannot amplify your damage any further, you have less incentive to spend your action.

The fading at end-of-round of Focii is therefore much more likely to be detrimental, compared to the Target Lock.

Moreover, you only have 1 agility, so improving your own green dice isn't terribly good.

So.

R7 allows you to re-roll your opponent's red dice, giving you a universally potent defense that will potentially last from a previous round, that you can still use to improve your "to-hit" chance if necessary.

The R7-TLT combo gives the Y-Wings an incredibly potent action in their Target Locks.

Since the only sacrifice to enable the change over your old list was to take FCS rather than Adv. Sensors, which is ultimately an apples-to-oranges comparison rather than an actual sacrifice, I'd say this version of the list is strictly better.

No I totally didn't see the TLT in the original post.... and I was like "haaaaaa, why, what, daaa". Sorry my bad

While those R7's on the tlt Y's make a lot of sense, I love tot put some int agents on my B's to block those arc dodgers when they try to get into range 1 of the Y's.
