Two quick questions. I need verification on these conditions.
1) If I use the Lando crew card on Roark and get two focus tokens can I use Cracken's ability to allow Roark to take a free focus action? I say yes because using Lando as an action is not the same as a focus action.
2) If Whisper has been ioned can she decloak? (I say yes) and is the decloak and 1 white forward executed as if she was performing a decloak and a 1 forward? I think that's the case but not entirely sure.

1. Lando is an action that can let you assign evades or focuses to your ship. Assign does not equal perfom. So yes, Crack can allow him to perform a focus action.
2. Yes, the new FAQ allows it. You perform a normal decloak once dials are placed and before any ships move (and after you use Intelligence Agent if you have it). After the decloak, when it's her turn to activate, she performs her ion move.
