So I love the Scum Y wing and Kavil just seems nasty with the tlt. I feel pretty good about this list but I'm wondering if the a4 upgrade will hurt or help the list.

So just a little update; I had to modify the list above ad it just was too directional with the a4 title and I never really found a chance to make good with the mines. Also kavil was great but the engine upgrade really didn't help and I found myself not even using it. Also I like shield upgrades instead as every little bit of protection against critical is priority with only having one evade dice. The flechette missle are just there as a just in case weapon and I have a problem with symmetry. So with these changes I nuked a Boba/kath list tonight. I only lost one y wing and that was late game rng 1 butt shot from kath.

I like the idea of Y-Wings with Flechette Torpedoes and Ion Turrets. The torpedoes are cheap, give you some good punch at range 3 as you engage, and they can focus fire and multi-stress someone. The problem for the low PS guys, though, is that you might not be able to get a target lock on the turn you engage at range 3.

Kavil with Predator and a TLT has been working out really well for me - it's a brutal build! I'd recommend not sinking too many points into him though, as he's already likely to be something of a priority target. (The only reason he's been surviving until late game for me is that I've also got Talonbane Cobra in my list, and he's a fire magnet...)
