Is this any good?

I think it's likely to be this meta's archetypal control list. That said, I do have some issues:

1) I would swap the ICT on the stresshog and the R2 mech to give the stresshog a TLT. Range 2-3 is much easier to hit than Range 1-2, especially with high-PS aces; plus, it lets you stack stress on the initial engagement, even at long range.

2) Too much stress, not enough damage. This is a problem with a lot of control lists: you can lock a target down, but once you do, you have to kill it in one turn, or two turns if it's a fat ship. If you can't manage that, you may just be screwed. I would want FCS on the B-Wings.

Put the TLT on the stresshog for range; drop it down to an ion on the other one for points (plus, it's easier to actually land that ion token on a ship when you've got actions to modify your shot). Drop Tactician on one B-Wing for FCS on both, and you'll have a better time. You don't get out-of-arc shots, but . . . meh. That probably wasn't going to do much damage against SuperFel anyway, and you only need one shot with the stresshog to screw him over.
