Some thoughts about my games in the tournament.

I lost to 5x Kihraxz and won against Soontir, Vader, Eclipse list; Talonbane, Ndru, TLT Y-wing, mangler scyk list; nearly identical list of mine and twice against identical Brobot lists

Against Kihraxz list I made some decision errors, shouldve stick to the plan I had in mind but I got greedy and it pretty much cost me the game. Also Jan Ors got PS0 crit and failed with her TLT. Jake was too much for him to catch and managed to get few kihraxz with me. It was the first game of the game though.

Against Soontir list I won pretty much with initiative as I made him move before me so he couldn't arcdodge at all or it was very hard to do because I moved after him. BB8 allowed wedge be TL+Focused without stress every turn and provided some repositioning. Killed Vader in the first shooting round and Soontir couple rounds after it. PS10 Eclipse was a slippery target but managed to kill it eventually.

Talonbane list just exploded (or both of our lists) but Jake left alive as the last ship from my side was pretty much impossible for my opponent to kill it as he couldn't get it in arc while Jake destroyed his last ships.

Initiative won me the game again when I made my opponent move before me in our nearly mirror match (only difference being HLC, FCS dagger instead of Jake and nien numb on Jan Ors). He couldn't get in TL range, but when I moved I could get TL+Focus with wedge on his wedge and flank with Jake without much danger of being shot at. Jake once again with Jan now alive left to clean as we traded our Wedges in the first round of shooting.

Both brobots (Predator, Adv. Sensors, Mangler, thrusters, title) were tough matches to maneuver. but my lists firepower and maneuvering apart from Jan Ors was pretty much key to my success against double IG's. Lost only Jan Ors in the first and Wedge in the other game.

List is pretty much about the firepower and burst from Jake (5-6 dice with TL+Focus is just murder) or Wedges 5 dice with TL+Focus against enemy -1. Jan Ors with Wired is huge combo as she is always stressed and pretty early too. She gets to use Wired a lot and usually saving her couple of rounds more.

I tried to get Poe in the list, but I couldn't get Poe good enough with only 34 points left. I tried Blue Ace but then if Wedge is destroyed Jan Ors' ability and Wired goes to waste. I basically wanted PS8 or PS9 ship as my third so I could make it that Jan Ors always shoots last in my ship so she can get the stress from her ability and activate Wired for her attacks and defence. Jake with 33p was perfect fit in my list.

This came out battle report like but I just thought I would share how it fared against different lists and what I thought were key points in those games for winning.
