This list is for a standard 300pt W1 tournament.

I'm considering replacing Hyperspace Assault with Contested Outpost to ensure my opponent cannot repair with it. Any suggestions?

I would find a way to swap at least one bomber for an Advanced. It will help you protect Rhymer and give you a bit more AS for when you run into light squadron lists. Perhaps drop the missile off the Vic. Unlike the Glads, it does not move fast enough to use them repeatedly.

As for your mission question. Remember if you go 2nd you get to place the first obstacle. It you don't want the station being a factor, you can place it out of the way, or right in the middle of your Vics approach vector. You also might consider dangerous territory. Vics and Glads being able to fly right through rocks (and pick up some spare points along the way), can open up so many options for you.

Your list is actually similar to what I took to Sullust. Only differences are I had one advanced and 2 bombers, and my Vic had H9/Warlord rather than your setup.

I don't want Dangerous Territory because a smart Rebel player can simply outrun me to the objectives and recoup a ship's worth of points, especially if they have Jainas Light. That's why I prefer the Precision Strike bombers potentially grabbing 60 points a turn.

So I swapped ACMs for XI7s, dropped a bomber and added another Intel officer to Demolisher. Now sitting at 296/300

I would also think about Advanced Gunnery over Most Wanted. Putting this on Demolisher is scary, and you are only trading that for a free gunnery team to the opposition. (Until the MC80 arrives, not so much of a big deal) Who would you pick as the Most Wanted target in your fleet? No good choices!

My Most Wanted is the Standard Gladiator which can draw ships in close to be engaged by the others. Their Most Wanted is whichever ship is least prepared to deal with 6 black dice a turn from 3 TIE Bombers at Medium range. Advanced Gunnery is something that I can use, but I try to be careful about what I do with it because I don't believe it's very effective on alpha-strike ships like Demolisher. On fleets like GenCon Special and Garm's Guppies some players like to choose it because all their ships are nearly equal in points anyway. Combine that and the fact that my Most Wanted is a minimum 28 point bonus and you have players looking for "easy" points. And I might even restrain an otherwise super aggressive ship.
