Yes yes. Click bait. I know. But i just wnated to ask you about one droid that comes with e-wing. Why is R7-T1 so rerely used. It seems to me that on a T-65 it kight be worth it with integrated astro. I agree that 3 points is a lot but still. Double action if you Target is good. Especially if you can arc dodge with it.
What do you think? Wedg with R2D2 and Luke with R7T1?

Yep - really useful to boost OUT of arc tho, especially if you are still going to get a shot - that's why he's the 'mech of choice for Dutch with a turret

The exception is probably Wedge, who wants to boost into range one for the murderdeathkill shot.
And anyone facing TLT's or HLC Dash probably would be happy to boost into range one as well.
It's a solid droid, and a good alternative to Engine Upgrade especially combined with Integrated Astromech. It is competing with BB8, R3-A2 and especially R2-D2 and R5-P9 however, all of who are pretty **** good as well.
I love him with Dutch (or other turreted Y-Wings). Boost out of arc, snag a TL, and then still have a shot? Yes please.
And it's not terrible on high PS pilots in non-Ys. Snag a TL and boost out of arc, allowing you to maybe get a Focus+TL on the way back around? Not bad. Can boost into R1 and wipe a ship off the board before it can fire again? Also not bad. If you can reliably clear stress, it'd be quite the finishing move to have an E-Wing, X-Wing, or T-70 R7-T1 boost in R1, TL the enemy, and then PTL to Focus. Four dice with double modifiers is going to be a lot for just about anything to eat.

More important than boosting out of arc for TLT users is that you're boosting out of range 1. Odds are good that if you meet the conditions to trigger then you'll get yourself out out to the TLT's effective range.
As mentioned above he's the droid of choice for Dutch, you just don't see Dutch a whole lot anymore. I think we'll start seeing him more with TLTs and the upcoming IA.
