Sadly, no. The only ships from Rebels/Imperials that can currently be converted to Scum via pilot cards are Slave 1, HWK-290, Y-Wing, and Z-95.

For casual play, there's nothing stopping you from mixing factions if you and your opponent agree to it, though. Just don't expect it to fly at a tournament or with players who are more focused on the competitive side of the game.
