The Title card reads:

"While attacking a ship that has already activated this round, add 1 die of any color to your attack pool."

Am I correct in thinking that I could add a dice for each attack I make against a ship that has already activated?

If I am able to add a dice of any colour and use it any range (similar to the extra dice you can get with Paragon)?

The first question is a definite yes.

My reading of the second question and the relevant rules is yes as well.

2 side arc shots? No problem, add a die if they activated already. Hell, get a black die for kicks.

Yes. And you can add it before resolving Concentrate Fire command, so you could add two black dice to one of your attacks, even at long range (just like with Paragon).

But yeah, you're right. Those blues at long range are really nice with Leading Shots, especially on the assault cruiser.
