This post made me smile so much! Of course, I only have one phantom, and haven't played it much, so I am definitely NOT your target audience. But I applaud your enthusiasm! Almost makes me want to pick up a second one.

Not 2 phantom, but if I ever get one I'm definitely going to run a Whisper/Brath duo.

Can someone explain the reason for sensor jammer against TLT? If I change a hit to a focus and the attacker has a focus token (more likely instead of TL) then the attacker can just change the focus back into a hit again. Is it because it can nerf their second attack?

Yep! It's to nerf the second attack. SJ gets incredible mileage when going up against 4xTLTs - it activates up to 8 times per round!

It also does some work on offense too because opponents will refuse to spend their focus tokens on defense.

You are also heavily gimping your attack now. Echo still has to save her focus for defense and you are still going to see a lot of Han, Corran, soontir, and vader. It's strengthening against one thing while gimping yourself against another.

Run Recon Specialist on her and this becomes slightly less of a problem, but I agree. Though to be honest a lot of list building comes down to choosing between attack and defence these days. If it's TLT spam you're worried about though FCS isn't going to do you a lot of good when your Echo's sitting next to the board 'cos she went down in the first round of shooting!

I don't know about 86 phantom but a triple ship list with 2 can certainly compete. Where can you trim to get a third viable ship?
