Hi,
Im' not so convinced by your deck. I don't like heroes you picked. Glorfindel 2 is an abomination who can't be played (except in some saga quests or in a noldor team) because he kills all the fluff of this game.
Gandalf and Boromir are cool, you should try to play them as a couple, even if I prefer Aragorn-strider to him, because it's more fluffy than the couple extract from the Saga of th Ring.
Did you have fun playing this deck ?
Hi Elia83 !
I am not surprised by your feedback as usual ![]()
Yes, i have fun playing this deck on Nightmare Mode.
As said on my first post, i have built this deck for Nightmare Mode.
If you search some thematic or "fluff" decks, it isn't the good topic.
There is no such thing as an overpowered card. ![]()

Looks like a good deck.

Hahaha! Elrond, Gandalf, Galadriel... I could build (and have built) decks with any of these heroes with 99% sucess rates.
Seems pretty cool. How do you find the card draw? Does the lack of it hurt the consistency?

Success rate is less when playing nightmare quests.

The card draw is very good ! Often I'm not far from empty my deck.
For pure card draw, i have :
- Gandalf's Staff
- Expert treasure hunter
The capacity of Gandalf to play the top card of the deck is like card draw.
With Wizard's Pipe and/or Imladris stargazer, i can play a lot of card from the top of my deck (limit one per phase) each turn.
i originally tried this deck against NM VoI and got smashed 3 for 3 not good. tried against shelob's lair and killed it, yay!
Which NM of VoI ?
I have beaten Dunland trap NM and The Three Thrial NM with this deck ![]()

NM Fords of Isen - I can make it to stage 3 but get totally hammered by location lock and enemies while trying to clear them out to meet the victory condition. There are so many forced effects, some of the worst either cause direct damage or add enemies. The shadow effects are terrible too - additional / strengthened attacks, 3 x discard attachments (always knocks out a key attachment from gandalf's getup or glorfindel's light of valinor), 3 x remove time counters, direct damage. And that Savage Hillman is the bane of my existence, he hangs around round after round until i can drop below 3 cards in my hand (almost impossible with 2 x ill tidings).
If you've got any advice I'd be very happy! My girlfriend got me Land of Shadow, NM Heirs of Numenor and NM Voice of Isengard for early Xmas present, and I've beaten the first two in a week. Santa is gonna sh*t under my tree this year unless I beat NM Voice of Isengard!
