Can I or one of the the others make a Knowledge (Warfare) check to see a good position from which to ambush the droids?

It's an Average knowlege warfare to know what kind of terrain is good for ambushes, yes, though any non-despair will tell you a map never has all the details. (epecially a hand drawn one by a group without aerial photography)

Would Kyla's Battlemeditation make that a net 2 Advantage?

Looks like you guys made the most of my unfortunate delay.

Are we ready for a scene change, or do you want to make forsee checks for your meditiations?

I did it more for narrative filling than anything else, so I'm happy to move on, but of course the others might want to. And we haven't had the narration of how Ki-Von experiences it so we might want to wait until then.

No Forsee to roll! I'm narrating her attempts to overcome her fixation with not letting vision control her decision making. Using the idea that the as she gets close to the power working she tightens her grip and thus loses her focus, resulting in the power failing. Once I have the XP to buy it, then I'll narrate her realising the problem and overcoming the barrier.

Darex doesn't have Foresee (yet).

Anything else you guys want to roll for? Are you planning on just following the scout on foot?

Tabithia would defer to Jax and the Masters - she is new to combat so would assume the direction the others give her would be the most reasonable option.

What do we do with the troops? Do we scout out first then decide?

I can't recall how far away the droids are, but if it's a half days march then maybe we hop a transport and get deposited a safe distance from them (i.e. an hour or two).

Assuming, of course, that we even have access to transports, which I'd guess we do.

I say we get an idea of the lay of the land to set up the attack.

So should we just get a transport to droup us off a "safe" distance away from them then scout it out?

Are you relying on the scout's directions and staying behind cover as you land where she says, (right or wrong) or do you come in high and look for them yourself?

If we come in high chances are the droids will spot us - either visually or on sensors. I think we should rely on the scout's directions.
