if I get two eyeballs with the Lando crew card does the Jan crew card affect both?

Interesting question. In the FAQ Jan Ors changes only one of Recon specialists focus to an evade so I'd imagine it would be the same for Lando (1 focus and 1evade)

No. The card text specifically limits it to one activation. If Lando rolled double Focus results, you could end up with one Evade and one Focus.

"Once per round, when a friendly ship at Range 1-3 performs a focus action or would be assigned a focus token, you may assign it an evade token instead."

"A" and "an" both being singular is important, here. It has nothing to do with how they were acquired, and everything to do with the tokens themselves. You could have the ability "Action: Assign 75 Focus tokens to this ship." and Jan could still only turn one into an Evade.

Use recon specialist and eliminate uncertainty. One focus turned into an evade; one focus kept. (unless for some reason you're really desperate to get 2 evades once in an unusual while)
