Been refining this list over the last couple of weeks, and I'm loving it. It just tabled a IVG/Rhymer list today, and split with a VGGRR yesterday. It's definitely a high risk/high reward build: I rely heavily on the shrimp hitting first and hitting hard, and they're really expensive.
That said, those torpedo shrimp hit like a TRUCK. Empirically (haven't mathed it yet), I have somewhere around 75% chance to kill a VSD straight out with the double side arc, and north of 90% chance of one-shotting GSDs and Raiders with a single side arc. I am usually able take out all of an ISD's shields in a single side arc shot, which is worth the trade even if I lose it, because generally that ISD is heading straight for the MC80, which will make short work of an unshielded ISD even basically naked.
And I just love Leia on a Corvette B. She gives me so much flexibility: that crucial extra activation, and still makes a really nice preparatory first strike that's just trivial to get the double arc with. And six blue dice (always have concentrate fire when I want it) is a consistently good hit.
