Most of the aliens/humans in the OT had names in the script or for their costumes (4-LOM "For love of money", Barada, Klaatu, Nikto, etc...), so EU aside they're quite possibly being lazy.
Again, we have at least one other named X-Wing pilot so far (Ello Asty). I find it much more likely FFG just didn't have access to information like the names of background pilots at the time they were developing the core set and the expansions.

If you're going to list those three names so close together, you really should use them in the correct order 
And suddenly I realize that I may well be the only one around here who both realizes what the correct order is, and that it did not originally come from "Army of Darkness"...

Plus, them representing the same character for 2 seconds of screentime means very little in the greater context of their characters. The only reason people even care who Horton Salm or Norra Wexley are is because of their stories outside being that Y-Wing that appears for 2 seconds on-screen.

What Norra's ability should be (spoiler)
The round after she's destroyed you should get to be deploy her again since she always seems to come back from the dead.
This could actually be pretty fun, albeit it would have to be not a complete recovery. Maybe the first time she dies, you wait one round with her "dead" and then at the beginning of the next round you deploy her again with no shields. Though this would probably cost significantly more than the average Y-Wing pilot since it's basically a few hull upgrades.
We have new era aces. What we need are more new era named pilots.

Every situation she gets in, she is "stressed", though her pilot ability seems to cause her agressors to get "stressed" chasing/dealing with her.
So we are talking about what pilots need added to the game, I don't know where Norra Wexley came from at the Battle of Yavin unless she is in one of the new books, here are all the pilots from the battles of Yavin who really need to be in this game:
Theron Nett, Red 10 Garven's trench run
Puck Naeco, Red 12 Garven's trench run
Dex Tiree, Gold 2 Vander's trench run
Davish "Pops" Krail Gold 5 Vander's trench run
All four of these guys had a certain part to play and all deserve some sort of shot, and even the rest of the guys from red and gold squadrons that participated all deserve a shot in the game before we get any new trilogy and could be based in a Battle of Yavin expansion pack instead of just a regular ace's packs, could do something similar for all the rest of the pilots from Endor to.
So we are talking about what pilots need added to the game, I don't know where Norra Wexley came from at the Battle of Yavin unless she is in one of the new books ...
She's one of the main characters in Aftermath. She was the Y-Wing pilot that flew through the Death Star superstructure with Wedge and Lando.
How about for Norra, an ability like this:
When dealt a crit card, for every stress token you have draw one additional crit and choose which to assign, Discard the rest.
It is thematic with the character in terms of surviving (get rid of those direct hits) and the the stress not hitting her till after the battle.
Alternate ability for each stress token, you may change one crit to a hit. I prefer the first honestly.

When dealing with an annoying, whiny, dogmatic, conservative, idiotic, ingrate and treacherous son of yours, roll an attack die. On a blank or eye result, get one stress. On a hit result, cry like the puny, fanatic character you are. On a crit result, slap the idiocy out of him, and get your sh*t together.

not gonna be a black squad T70.. Black squad is Empire.. that black and orange T70 is gonna have to be a repaint for anyone wanting it..
