The Crow Spirits are a dangerous and mystic eldar fleet in the halo stars, connected with Ulthyr Ellarion from Dark Heresy.
Do you have any thoughts for what they are hiding? They are too powerful to not be hiding something.

They do not have to hide something. It could be a certain agend of theirs. Perhaps one of the seers in their fleet fortold a disasterous happening brought about by human hands. While the happening is far in the futur and unclear, so is the vision about the culprit. These Eldar, being the arrogant murders they are, would rather eliminate any possible culprit then allowing things to unfold. And so, they are on their crusade, wiping out ships and colonies here and there whenever their seers see them as part of the path that lead to the disaster fortold.

They are hiding a Craftworld.
In DH background, there is a Craftworld that peridically passes through the Calixis (Ixaniad and Scarus) Sector, which could easilly be in the Expanse right now (as we have no timeline for where on its route it currently is). There have occassionaly been Naval expeditions against it as it passes through, but they have all ended disatrously (the calculation is it would require the combined fleets of all three Sectors to stand even a chance of taking it down at high risk, for frankly marginal gain. A blockade is much more effecient and oesn't drain all your resources to one point for years) and it is now under an Inquisitorial and Naval interdict wherever it appears.
A Craftworld. That would be something to hide.
Do Craftworlds travel the Realspace, the Webway or Warp? I thought Eldar dont use Warp? Why do they have a Runecaster if they dont use the Warp?
