Double Kwings???

Picked up my 2nd K-wing may run this build this Saturday. Any other ideas are more then welcomed

K-wings are highly inefficient, sadly, and you probably won't see two in a competitive list

some things though:

1. the Warden squadron's goal in life is to mine fools, particularly conner nets. It does that with unparalleled excellence, and nothing else sadly (apart from Int Agent shenanigans; highly recommended!). Its stats for its cost are absurdly horrible, but that's the price you pay when the ship completely ignores jousting to snake up to some expensive ace and utterly neuter them for a round (before they even get to activate!)

2. Miranda likes defensive crew to abuse the living hell out of her ability; c3po on her is basically cheating

the most effective double-K I could personally build was

Miranda (tlt, c3po)

Warden (tlt, a-slam, munitions, conners)

Gold Squadron (tlt, r4-d6)

wouldn't ever recommend tlt K-wings (apart from Miranda, she is sick) but the Warden needed it here to fit with the rest of the squad. Sadly, it was both the most fun and weakest part of the list; just being far too expensive for how frail it is. Miranada ended up carrying most games.

Still, there's not much in the game that can even come close to the fun of A-slam K-wings.

Oh this is true I maybe able to proxy for this Saturday. I'll have to ask my group on proxy...

I played a game with Torpedo Miranda and Recon TLT Esege. The enemy surrendered when Miranda dropped a 5 die foused concussion missile at range 2 on his intercepter and he didnt score enough evades.

why not homing?

5 dice, full mods; no evade token gonna save ya
