Has any of the creative minds on these forums made a sheet for bases and homesteads and so on?

I know there are base or group sheets for three lines, but these are ... let's say, not what I'm looking for.

The official sheets seem to me to be, well, limited in usability for any length of time, and particularly if the group gets a proper base, business or homestead as presented in Desperate Allies and/or Far Horizon.

I imagine such a sheet to be line-agnostic, that is it should be useful whether one creates a business, homestead or base. I'm not convinced there's a need for an obligation/duty/morality table nor the contribution rank boxes of the AoR base/group sheet.

It should have entries for planet/system/sector it's located.

Entries for upgrades, core focus, function, crew (NPCs), benefits and so on...

I guess it could be an extension of the base/group sheets, to accommodate the increased complexity of having a business, base or homestead.

I hope someone answers with a good sheet. On a side note would those not under an NDA like to speculate on the chances we will get rules for a Jedi Academy somewhere in the FAD line, possibly in the consular or mystic books. What special rooms cold be included and what would they do?
