I think there was a thread on the main RT board that will give you quite a few examples. but just of the top of my head ...

Rogue Star & Star of Damocles - Andy Hoare

Farseer - William King

Eisenhorn & Ravenor omnibuses - Dan Abnett

Legacy - Matthew Farrer

All of these either feature rogue traders as the main characters or they play major parts in the story.

Hi, I wanted to add to the list "Eye of Terror" by Barrington J. Bayley. Of the books I've read about Rogue Traders, it was the best one I've read so far. It actually made me want to purchase the RPG Rogue Trader because of that book in particular.
