My Metal Gear NPC theme continues with the need to make a team of force sensitives (Inquisitors, Dark Jedi, Sith, whatever) based around the MGRR villains, Winds of Destruction.
I've already got a Raiden in place; a super brawny cybernetics out the rear human with a vibrosword (though I was also considering making him a droid, since he won't be using a lightsaber).
But now I need 3 (or 4, if we get some Jetstream Sam going) foils to this character. I want my EotE group to encounter these guys on a metropolitan world, like Courscant or Bespin or somewhere with lots of buildings and the threat of falling down a long way, and set up a sort of gang war based around assassinations between corporations who hire out contract killers with exceptional skills to not only remove competition but scare any other potential rivals off making moves in their sector. I am going to base the stats off their fights as a means of determining what I think an average should be, but that's really a vague basis.
The timeline is based around 15BBY but we've kind of spun off a timeline of our own in some respects, in order to keep the galaxy a little more free and relaxed in narrative. One of the players wants to include the Rebels characters here and there, as an example of where they want to be.
So I've been coming up with all manner of NPCs and have branched out from the standard stuff into the more cuh-razy. Which brings us to this:
Mistral - female, multi-armed, uses a staff weapon (made of hands but you know, I'll be flexible)
Monsoon - can split his body using magnets to avoid attacks, and kind of fly. Uses sais.
Sundowner - Big ass dude who thinks he is invincible, used like two giant machetes that could become scissors.
Jetstream Sam - A smooth talking Brazilian iaijutsu and kenjutsu master with an exoskeleton arm and a trigger on his katana sheath to launch the sword faster. Cause why not.
How then, dear friends, can we make the above 4 into something awesome, hilarious and fun to interact with? I don't expect us to have to stay even close to the specific, other than a general gist. None of my players know the Metal Gear series well, or at all, so the nuances don't matter so much as the overall fun of the NPCs.
Let's start with Mistral.
Alien base:
Xexto - 6 arms, 2 get used as legs, long limbed and elegant looking for the most part.
Besalisk - 4 arms, bulky. Pong Krell already used the whole double bladed saber thing so that's a point in favour, but I have no idea what females look like.
Codru-Ji - Seem like the best option, but there are no stats for them that I know of. Evolved from wolf creatures, they steal children from one another, as a cultural thing. I mean we shouldn't judge, but we could have it like she's too maternal and wants so steal children to raise them as Dark Side Force users.

Career:
Jedi something that uses double bladed sabers. She was fast, evasive and used small robot hands to grab you and such when you fought. Ideas?

As above, keeping in line with her acrobatic style of fighting.

Pitch in with whatever you reckon guys? As I said, loose as hell on the framework so don't feel like we need to adhere to anything specific, other than the multi arms and double bladed saber it can more or less go anywhere!
