When FFG replaced them, did you get an entire new pack with the ship, cards and everything?

Just the ship model in the plastic packaging. No base, stand, tokens, cards, etc.

Plastic glue. Actually melts the parts back together making it just as sturdy (if not more so) than it was before. The antenna on one of my vics was broken during shipping. Gave it a bit of the glue and have not had a problem since.

Send in a request to FFG with a picture of the damage.

They replaced two of my VSD models for exactly this reason.

They will replace the entire model when for any reason the antenna breaks? **** that's generous of them.

Perhaps they'll do it only once per sold model? Most non-miniature games I know of have a 1-time free replacement if something is missing or damaged within x weeks of purchase.

If they'll send a replacement for everytime your antenna breaks I expect FFG to go bankrupt if that Antenna is exceptionally fragile
