What do you do if an illegal action is done? What do you do when an illegal action is done and it moves to the next turn before it was recognized? Is there a loss given if illegal actions are taken?

In a high end tournament... I would give the players a warning and if something like that happens again then I would make a game loss to the owner of the mistake.
